During your free trial
New members receive a 3-month (90-day) free trial when signing up through Stripe Checkout (payment method required).
- Cancel anytime before the trial ends → you will not be charged
- Full dashboard access is included during the trial
- Cancel from your Buydy account settings or through Stripe
If you cancel on the last day of the trial, you still will not be charged for that billing cycle.
After your first charge
If you are charged $10/month after the trial and are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of that first charge and we will issue a full refund — no lengthy questionnaires, no hassle.
Email khenlevy@gmail.com with the account email you used to register. We typically process approved refunds within 5 business days via Stripe.
This 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge after the trial. Subsequent monthly renewals follow the cancel-anytime policy below (no partial-month refunds unless required by law).
Cancel anytime (ongoing membership)
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
What we do not refund
- Charges older than 30 days from the first post-trial payment (unless required by law)
- Partial months after the first-charge guarantee window, except where local law requires prorated refunds
- Third-party fees outside our control
